Start with Lots of Water, End with Water, Repeat

Cannabis can cause dry mouth, and hot weather just makes it worse. Before you light up, drink a full glass of water—and then keep sipping. Electrolyte drinks are even better if you’re feeling fancy. Hydration is everything when it’s blazing out, and you’re blazing up (sorry, too easy!!).

Pair Your High with Hydrating Snacks

A favorite hydration tip for cannabis users because it involves SNACKS: pair your plants with more plants. Fruit is our friend! Watermelon, oranges, cucumbers—all packed with water to keep you from drying out. Like a sad little forgotten pre-roll in a fall jacket pocket.

Avoid Too-High Highs
